Tuition Policy

Tuition Policy including FACTS Payment Options

The first of 10 payments is due by July 20, 2011 to guarantee enrollment.  The next payment is due in September 2011 and each month thereafter until May, 2012.

All tuition payments (except Option #1) will be processed through FACTS Tuition Management Company using automatic debit transactions from your bank account.

Option #1 – 5% Discount for Full Pay

After a deposit equal to one month’s tuition is paid to VMS, the balance should be paid by September 20, 2011.  Full payments avoid FACTS fees.

Option #2 – Monthly Payments

The first payment will be deducted from your FACTS account in July, 2011.  Remaining tuition payments will be deducted monthly beginning in September 2011 and ending in May 2012.  FACTS fee is $41 per family, per school year.  You may choose to have funds withdrawn on the 5^th or the 20^th of each month.

Option #3 – Semi-Annual

The first payment will be deducted from your FACTS account in July, 2011.  The balance of your tuition can be paid in two payments; one in September 2011 and the 2^nd in January 2012.   FACTS fee is $15 per family, per school year.

Option #4 – Credit Card Payments

MasterCard, Discover or American Express.  FACTS fee is $41 plus 2.5%.

Additional Fee Information

Late Payment Fees:

FACTS will charge a fee of $30 for each unsuccessful transaction.  In addition, VMS will charge a fee of $30 for each month of unpaid tuition.

Program Change Fee

Two (2) program changes per year are free of charge.  The rate for each additional program change is $20.

Hourly rate:

Additional school or day care hours outside of your program, require management approval in advance.  The rate for additional hours is $15 per hour.

Late Pick-up Fee

School closes promptly at 6:00pm.  A $1.00 per minute late fee must be paid directly to our day care staff.
